Our Story
La Union Restaurante started with a simple conviction: a caf\u00e9 should feel like the living room of the neighborhood. Not a destination you brave — a place you return to because it's yours.
Located on Broadway in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, we opened our doors to serve coffee that takes itself seriously and food that takes its time. Our kitchen sources from regional farms, our bar team builds cocktails with intention, and our space is designed to hold both your quiet morning and your loud Friday night.
We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We're trying to be the best version of exactly what we are: a warm, well-run community kitchen and bar in a city that rarely slows down.
